Jeff Smith
Chief Growth Officer
Jeff successfully built his career working at Dell, formerly Perot Systems, for twenty-two years. During his tenure there, he served as Director of Infrastructure, Director of Business Development and Corporate Sales and finally as Executive Director of Healthcare Business Development. Jeff was responsible for IT Outsourcing, BPO and Healthcare Consulting Services. His team created multiple offerings, including a Hosted Clinical DR Environment, Clinical Service Desk and HIS Infrastructure architecture and design offering. His business development and leadership skills lead to growth that helped Dell’s Healthcare Vertical become one of the top HIT firms in the industry. Prior to joining Perot Systems, Jeff spent nine years at EDS in various technical and delivery roles.
Jeff earned an Associate degree from Richland College in Texas and was named Dell’s 2006 and 2007 Healthcare Business Development Leader of the Year and 2009’s Healthcare Sales Leader of the Year. Jeff joined EDS as an intern while still in High School and attended EDS IT development programs.
Taylor Walker
Director of Service Delivery
As Director of Service Delivery at GuideIT, Taylor leads the development and enhancement of delivery capabilities, serving clients nationally and internationally. He oversees service across all managed clients and drives operational excellence across Service Desk, Service Management, End User Computing, and IT Management & Monitoring. Taylor leads a team of experts specializing in infrastructure, end device computing, and end user support to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
Prior to GuideIT, Taylor worked at Dell Services where he managed a near-shore Service Desk for one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems, focusing on continual service improvement initiatives that reduced delivery costs while increasing customer value. At GuideIT, he ensures adherence to service levels and guides the strategic evolution of the Service Desk offering.
Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL.
Matt Mattoon
Director Cloud Services
Matthew has spent his career leading interdisciplinary teams supporting 15+ industries including government, healthcare, finance, energy, mining, research, e-commerce, manufacturing and more. His teams deliver value to clients through innovative, efficient, and intuitive solutions that focus on improving reliability, scalability, and performance while controlling costs.
In 2019 GuideIT acquired Matthew’s company Entasis Technology Consulting and Matthew joined to lead the Cloud Practice. Entasis had distinguished itself by becoming an AWS Advanced Partner, an achievement often accomplished by much larger firms.
Matthew keeps his team unrelentingly focused on Architecture (doing the right thing for the right reason) and Automation (doing things in an accurate and repeatable fashion) with GuideIT’s clients.
Becky Castonguay
Director Provider Solutions
Becky has built her career serving healthcare organizations over the past 30 years. Having spent the first 5 years of her career in many facets of the healthcare revenue cycle, she expanded her attention and expertise on the patient care aspects of IT services. Becky has led large delivery teams; many spread out over the US and across multiple continents.
Having worked for Perot Systems and the leaders which made that company successful, Becky was excited to join GuideIT in early 2019 to experience success once again with a company committed to relationships and exceptional delivery.
As part of the GuideIT healthcare team, Becky is focused on helping organizations maximize adoption and use of their electronic medical records systems to include support of the patient and communities which they serve.
Jeanette Frank
Director Provider Solutions
Jeanette is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership, IT management, organizational change management, project management, governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. She is an innovative problem solver who is focused on success and believes in the power of collaboration to achieve optimal results. Jeanette has worked with MEDITECH for the last 25 plus years. Her MEDITECH body of work includes implementations, updates, strategic planning, workflow analysis, and application services.
